The Steps

Our unique approach... is a little European ☺

The "Assess" phase is crucial. This is where we determine the relevance of our services to your child's needs. It also sets the outcome expectations to which parents and our consultant can refer throughout the course of the engagement.

The "Accompaniment" phase focusses on developing the trust between consultant and child. This is a key principle within the "Heilpaedagogy"-study which we use as a base for our services. Once the trust is established, diagnosis can begin in detail. We divide this into three further steps:

Play monitoring
Standards Testing
Parental Interview

These approaches will enable us to develop and customize an appropriate strategy to address areas in which your child will need assistance in. We will communicate this via a detailed report called the "Developmental Plan" showing all diagnostic outcomes and recommended approach. This plan will be a baseline for our intervention and needs to be re-assessed and tuned with progress.

The "Consultation" phase ensures the plan's effectiveness. This is where the Kid Whisperer's international knowledge and expertise shines through. Heike works closely with our team based in Germany to ensure that the plan is evaluated and enriched at every stage until the desired outcome is achieved.

The outcome of course focusses on your child, however parents get a gift too at the end of the exercise... The Instruction Manual you never got when your child was born.
